17-year-old producer from the UK DNMO has enlisted vocalist Noy Markel on his latest single No Way Out. The track, lifted from his upcoming EP titled Definition Forbidden, has been released via Zeds Dead‘s label Deadbeats.
No Way Out is a dark and sophisticated electronic work filtered through a high octane future bass lens. Noy Markel’s piquant vocal delivery soars above the producer’s instrumentation which sways from delicate verses to a crunching synth-driven chorus.
Commenting on the single, the artist has said, “No Way Out was one of the first steps I took over the last 12 months towards a new electronic meets pop wave of my music. I think most people have experienced feeling like they’re in a never-ending tricky situation, or felt the paranoia of someone you love being shady. So when Noy showed me her initial idea, I knew we could team up and create something the majority of us can relate to.”
